I’m Christy. I’m a mom of 3 boys and wife to Mike.
I’m a runner, triathlete, and I love strength training! I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM and certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
I know how HARD it can be balancing a full time job, babies/kids, while trying to maintain health, fitness, and nutrition!
It can be overwhelming and confusing with all the trends and diets out there. I’m here to make it as simple as possible for you so you.
I want to help you enjoy fitness and nutrition in a realistic and sustainable way.
I don’t believe in an all or nothing mindset. That isn’t realistic or maintainable. You don’t have to do anything drastic to achieve sustainable results.
I also believe that fitness and nutrition should enhance your life, not limit it.
Maybe you love chocolate and licorice (my fave), friday night pizza night (we do this every friday at my house), or taking a week off of exercise to travel! You should be able to live your life while maintaining a healthy diet and fitness regime.
I believe we are all stronger than we think we are and capable of GREAT things. Sometimes you just need a little help and accountability.
