
Hi! I’m Christy.
I’m an online fitness and nutrition coach. I got into this space originally, over 15 years ago, as a way to make money while I attended college. I’ve stayed in this space because I fell in love with fitness, nutrition, and helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
As a mom of 4 busy boys who works full-time, I know the challenges that come as you’re trying to stay healthy and fit. I’ve struggled to find time to workout, struggled to have motivation to eat healthy. I’ve gone through 4 pregnancies and 4 postpartum periods where my body changed a ton and wondered if I’ll ever feel the same again!
I understand the struggles and challenges that accompany all of this! I know that the best way to lose fat, get stronger, and build muscle is to focus on building sustainable habits that will serve you the rest of your life.
You won’t find any fad diets or fitness trends in my program. You will find customized workouts and nutrition advice to help you take your fitness and health to the next level.
I have certifications through NASM, Precision Nutrition, and Girls Gone Strong-Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness.
In addition to strength training, I love running and triathlons.
I’ve competed in tons of races over the years including the Boston Marathon and Ironman Santa Rosa!
My goal is to qualify for Boston again and then after that, I’d love to try to qualify for Ironman Kona (the Boston marathon of Ironmans!).
I’m going to wait until my babies are a little older before I chase Kona though. π
