The workout guide has 6 weeks of workouts all aimed at boosting your metabolism. Each week you will have 3 workouts: 1 lower body, 1 upper body, and 1 full body. There’s also a bonus section of sprint workouts that you can do on a track, treadmill, or park. You’ll also find some nutrition guidance and tips to help you along your journey.
